Share Your Spring Cleaning Tips and Win a Fantastic Aller-Ease Product Bundle! Its TWO giveaways in ONE!

Are you ready for Spring and all the cleaning that comes along with it? I am so excited about this Aller-Ease Spring into Action campaign! The Flip for Fall campaign was a ton of fun and there were many great tips shared and lots of wonderful Aller-Ease products given away but the Spring into Action campaign is even BETTER! There are more opportunities to win as well as some fantastic prize baskets.

When we clean our homes in preparation for the Spring, whether you realize it or not, it helps reduce the built up dust, dander and mold spores that can contribute to allergy flare ups. Reducing the cause of allergens in the home will help your entire family breathe easier which is why Aller-Ease and The Motherhood want to know your best Spring cleaning tips! Aller-Ease will be putting together "The Best Spring Cleaning Tips of All Time" tip sheet and they need your help. We all have cleaning tips, some we have learned from our mothers and grandmothers, and some we have even learned off of the internet! There may even be some Spring cleaning rituals that we do and don't even know why we do them.

Aller-Ease realizes that its not only important to know what we clean and why, but how. There are some cleaning jobs that have been made easier through the mother of invention. With millions of innovative cleaning products on the market, Aller-Ease would love to know which one is your favorite. Is there a cleaning product out there that has made life easier for you? One that you absolutely can't live without?

To help get you thinking about your Spring cleaning tips and favorite cleaning products my friends and I have put together a short video to help get your creative juices flowing! Don't you just love my facial expression? Thanks YouTube for that, ha ha!

My favorite tip is wipe down everything with a vinegar/water solution and doing around windows with a bleach/water solution to hopefully kill any mold that may have grown over the winter. I like to also wash all curtians.

My tip is to air out the house, get everyone in the household involved, and make it fun!
throuthehaze at gmail dot com
Make it a whole day event and get the family involved- pull down all the blinds and wash the dust and scum off in the tub first thing in the am and let dry in the tub during the day or bring on the patio- meanwhile wash the drapes and clean windows and use the bright light in each room to see all that really needs to be cleaned up and tossed
sweepmom said…
To clean my blinds, I take them outside and lay them on the driveway, spray them with some cleaner and after a few minutes I rinse them with the hose. They come out sparkling clean with no scrubbing.

Favorite spring cleaning tip is to have a garage sale with the opportunity to get rid of all the junk you accumulate over the year - toys, books, clothes, furniture. It makes it fun for everyone because they love the garage sale part and the extra money at the end!

Delegate - everyone who helps make the messes should help clean the messes. Also, don't try to tackle all of the spring cleaning in one day. Set a realistic goal to complete one room/project at a time.

-Buy compact storage containers such as space bags. They can be used to make big blankets more compact and easily stored. You can even store your winter comforters under the bed and out of your way. These protect your belongings from damages.

In spring time I take out all my clothes and get rid of any old clothes and thoroughly clean the floors in the closet.
Tackle big projects in your spring cleaning project first. The bigger the room or cleaning job, the more work you have. If you target that first you will feel much better once you reach the smaller cleaning jobs, like doing dishes or storing excess belongings. 1
