Aloha Friday - Diet Plans

Have you ever tried to lose weight using a diet plan like Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig?


I have tried several different types of plans in my life but never one of the three major ones that I listed above. I will be giving Nutrisystem a shot over the next few months to see how that works out for me. I have heard mixed things about them so I am really nervous about trying out their food. Keeping my fingers crossed that its palatable!

Well I told you that I heard the food was good. Of course it's gonna be different than what you are used to. So maybe try everything twice before you decide its yucky? I dont know, just an idea.

So where ya been slacker?? huh? huh??? LOL

I have don WW with some sucess, but its sticking with it like anything else
I know so many people that have done Jenny Cr and Nutri Sy...They loose 15 pounds in 3 or 4 months and a month later its back...
