Wordless Wedneday - Blogging + Cooking = A New Version of Black Eyed Peas

I was trying to reheat my husband's dinner one night and got distracted by the things that I was trying to get finished on my blog. There wasn't a whole lot of water left in the pot that the peas were heating up in but I figured that it wasn't going to be in the water for too long. Well, I got distracted blogging and this is what happened...

I thought that I smelled something burning!

Giving a whole new meaning to the term "black-eyed peas." Only no luck for the New Year, huh? SITS sent me by, and I'm glad they did!

Oh no! I'd hate to have to wash that pan!

I had sandwiches under the broiler last night and forgot about them. They ended up with black tops.

Hahaha, poor of your husband no peas that day.
I'm sure that was a real pain to clean. My hubby did that to one of my pots a few weeks back. It was not fun.
