Wordless Wednesday - And You Thought That Your Laundry Situation Was Bad!

Okay, I am really good at washing clothes but I suck at putting them away. I would seriously consider hiring someone if I wasn't so picky about where everything went. This is one task that I need to manage just a teensy bit better. And you thought that your laundry was piled up! The sad thing is that all this laundry is just mine and Oscar's plus sheets and towels. At least I have made an effort to keep up on the kids laundry! I hope I make some of you feel better about your own laundry piles - cause you know that its gotta be better than mine! This is my current situation:

A shot from my bedroom door,

and then another shot looking into my closet. (Which by the way I probably shouldn't mention the fact that I fell on my ass tripping over the clothes just to take this picture!)

I had so much that I had to put the rest in my guest bedroom for overflow control. I seriously waited until my parents left before I washed this stuff cause I had no where to put it!

And what do you know, there is more in both the washer and the dryer. I swear its a vicious, never ending cycle. Will I ever win?

Because this was so wordy I also am gonna join in with Wordful Wednesday at Seven Clown Circus.

All the while I have to stay up listening to the dryer or my daughter won't have clean pants for tomorrow.

I feel your pain. I do.

WHOA! That's out of control. I love clean clothes, sheets and towels. but I HATE putting them away. I've started to train my kids to put their stuff away. Now, if I can just train my DH!
Yep, I know the feeling! I hate putting laundry away...at times I think 'why the heck did I buy all these clothes?' then I remember, 'oh, ya because I love to shop!' Darn, along with my potty fairy I think we need a laundry fairy too!

If I don't do laundry every day, it would be much worst than that!

I hear ya! I just got caught up yesterday ! Laundry sucks.
I feel your pain! In our small house (no guest room), I am forced to put things away quickly. Still, I have a monster sized laundry basket that stores clean items that are overflow. Good luck!

That makes me feel better.. looks about like mine!
Right there with ya. I don't mind washing and drying them...but folding them and putting them away is for the BIRDS!
No! You will not. My husband and I constantly wash, dry and fold every single day! Although we do have a cool basket system. I have about 5 tall baskets lined up in a row in the laundry room. That way we can sort as we go and you just dump each basket in the was as it gets full.

My room MAY have been worse this past week. Hubby and I spent all weekend organizing all of our closets and getting rid of the kids' clothes that don't fit anymore.

Those pictures make me feel SOOO Much better!

First, I love the star wars blanket! That is awesome! (My DH converted me to a fan sadly LOL)

Second, that is so like my house! Except I have my clothes in lots of baskets. I had to buy more baskets because all my clean laundry didn't fit in the ones I had. now that is sad, isn't it? I could just fold and put them away LOL

Happy WW!
I absolutely HATE putting clothes away. I have 2 loads of clean laundry waiting to be folded right now. Definitely a vicious cycle.

Surprise surprise. I"m doing laundry at this very moment of typing!!!! It's a never ending cycle!

I wash and fold and it's really hard to put them away so sometimes they sit folded in the baskets until I start to panick if they don't get moved.

I'm teaching the boy to put his away. lol we'll see

You crack me up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I going to do with you??? I am older than you, maybe I should take your computer away from you for a day to get that all taken care of! lol!
My problem is folding them... Once they're folded they're put away right away (usually), but folding... I HATE folding!

My laundry is always piled up. I folded four loads of laundry on Monday and it is still sitting in the laundry basket. There is another piled in my bedroom and another in the dryer. I detest putting the laundry away.
I refer to my piles of unsorted laundry as "art". Someday someone will fall for it! Very nice. Happy WW!

It's really sad, but I think we have even more laundry than that piled up just in our bedroom. Now if I could just get it folded...

Oh man, that is crazy! I DO think mine is bad, but you have me beat. ;) You also have a much better washer, and what I assume is a working dryer! I'm jealous!
