How often do you exercise?


I have to admit that I have not been the best at making the time to exercise for the last few years.  That is all changing now.  I am making the commitment to start exercising twice a week and then work my way up from there.  Being a member of the Community of Movement the last couple of weeks has given me the motivation and the drive to realize that I can make the time.  I have to.

    Daily, if you call running up and down stairs, Cleaning house and the yard exercise,lol.

    When I'm healthy enough, I exercise at least twice a day! Seriously, I'm a crazed exercise lover xD

    I bet your thinking 'What a weirdo...' LOL

    It is quite hard to get into the routine though, so I totally understand.

    When I was in Weight Watchers and lost 43 pounds, I exercised nearly every day for an hour a day. Then, I got lazy. Now I am back to at least 20 minutes a day.

    I don't have a routine right now. I need to start again. I get trumped and just start doing something else with that time.
