How often do you exercise?
I have to admit that I have not been the best at making the time to exercise for the last few years. That is all changing now. I am making the commitment to start exercising twice a week and then work my way up from there. Being a member of the Community of Movement the last couple of weeks has given me the motivation and the drive to realize that I can make the time. I have to.
